Absolutely love "how to" stories like this. They're all different in one way or another. (It's also fun seeing photos of cartoonists' studios). One common denominator, though, are the lessons we learned from the pros. For me, starting out, it was Bristol paper, Higgins ink and Winsor & Newton brushes. 25 years later it's tablet drawing - in my case, the Wacom Cintiq. Too bad that as technology evolves for the business, there seems to be fewer avenues available.
